The Challenge
Launch new resort-connected residences without overexposing the offer. The first audience was loyal resort guests—not the general market—so the rollout needed to feel private and intentional.
The Goal
Convert long-time guests into early homeowners, then expand to a public-facing campaign for new buyers while staying aligned with the resort’s brand.
My Approach
I designed a phased launch using the existing brand, tuned quieter for early access. This included a private “whisper” landing page, targeted emails, print ads for two publications, and a full public landing page and Google Ads campaign.

I created two flyer variations for local Stowe and statewide Vermont audiences, with messaging and visuals tailored to feel both regionally relevant and aspirational.
Whisper & Landing Page Designs
I designed two distinct landing pages to speak to different audiences: a Whisper page for existing resort guests and a full public-facing page for prospective buyers. Both experiences balanced elevated lifestyle storytelling with clear, streamlined information to guide visitors toward inquiry without feeling overtly sales-driven.
Google Ads
Campaign
A series of seasonal Google Display ads to target regional audiences and build an awareness for the new residential opportunity at Topnotch Resorts.
E-Blast Series
I designed a four-part email series highlighting the lifestyle, amenities, and benefits of owning at Topnotch, with clear calls to action to download the community brochure and connect directly with sales.
