Reintroduce a former golf course as a modern golf and boating community while building awareness, trust, and interest around its lifestyle, memberships, and real estate opportunities.

Page Optimization

I led social media page optimization for Occano, refining the overall design direction to transform the feed and overall page experience from cluttered and overwhelming into something more breathable, polished, and visually aligned with the property itself.

This included implementing strategic pinned posts and organized story highlights to help new visitors quickly understand the community, lifestyle, memberships, and real estate opportunities.

The result was a more trustworthy, aspirational, and informative brand presence that helped convert increased reach and viral content into meaningful follower growth and engagement.

High-Growth Organic Strategy

I developed and executed a high-growth organic content strategy that helped the page gain over 2,500 followers organically within the first month of management. Using a social-first SEO approach, I created aspirational yet highly informative content optimized around high-intent searches related to North Carolina real estate, golf communities, waterfront living, and vacation homes. By combining keyword-driven strategy with trend-based formats and platform-native storytelling, the content consistently increased reach, visibility, engagement, and audience trust.
