The Challenge
Introduce an ultra luxury residential community while communicating real, detailed community info and building trust with buyers. The brand needed to feel distinct without losing the breathability, quality, and luxury standards of Ritz-Carlton.
The Goal
Position the community as a true place to call home, building familiarity and trust while highlighting the destination and creating a differentiated, place-driven brand system.
My Approach
I designed a community-first brand direction grounded in sense of place. This included a skyline pulled from resort photography as a recurring brand element, paired with breathable layouts, restrained design choices and editorial pacing to carry Ritz-level luxury into a distinct residential identity.

A 56-page digital and print lookbook designed to serve as both a sales tool and a storytelling piece, combining floorplans, pricing, lifestyle overviews, area guides, and immersive photography to fully communicate the Zadún residential experience.
7-Page Website Design
Designed to feel immersive yet informative, the Zadún website combines interactive maps, photo-driven carousels, and detailed real estate listings to showcase the lifestyle and sense of place while encouraging inquiries. Scrollable previews include the home, destination, Zadún, and real estate pages only.
Print & Email Invitation
A targeted marketing push for Zadún’s crown-jewel Grand Reserve residence, using physical and email invitations with landscape-inspired visuals and refined design to create an exclusive, aspirational experience that drove private tour interest.
Google Ads Banners
A series of Google display ads designed to introduce Zadún to a global audience through refined imagery, restrained copy, and a landscape-inspired visual motif that instantly conveyed a sense of place and invited deeper exploration.
Grand Reserve Brochure
A 16-page digital and print brochure highlighting the Grand Reserve residence, combining floorplans, home photography, amenities, and location guides to create a comprehensive, aspirational, and highly informative sales tool that showcased the property as the crown jewel of Zadún.
